The fifth most common cause mortality globally bacterial pneumonia, causing nearly 2.56 million mortalities each every year across all age groups, with Sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia having highest fatality rates. Antibiotics Imipenem (100%), meropenem (96%), Gentamycin (92%) very effective against Klebsiella pneumonia. Conclusion: frequent bacteria identified sputum cultures pneumoniae Acinetobacter sp.
